This white wine is wonderfully fruity (citrus) and mineral, in perfect harmony with notes of vanilla and tobacco. Powerfully dry, yet fruity and a long finish. A delicious wine.

About the winemakers
Under the critical eyes of Paris Sigalas, Domaine Sigalas delivers for over decades wines of top quality. Not for nothing wines of Santorini. In the soil of sand with volcanic ash the grapes get a lot of sun hours, mixed with a cooling effect of fresh sea air. Sigalas uses a unique winemaking method. This creates a small batch. But the grapes of this batch are being used to create high quality wines.
